VACUTEC SMOKE MACHINE
Leaks in the inlet manifold system or exhaust system on todays vehicles can cause very diverse running and emission problems. A tiny crack in the exhaust not even that near to the Lambda Sensor will probably become an emission failure at test time and there is no Scan tool, gas or engine analyser, Scope or voltmeter on the Planet that can pinpoint such problems.

A Unique combined pressure and flow gauge for the easy testing of both injection supply pressure and flow. Other tools offer only the ability of measuring pressure, which by itself can be misleading, any Diagnostic technician worth his salt will tell you that flow testing is at least as important as pressure testing,neglect it and perform only a pressure test and you may well miss the problem.
This tool has been in daily use in our workshops for ten years and is one of the first bits of kit our technicians use in fault diagnosis.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING BATH
We have, for many years, had equipment in place for the testing, measuring and cleaning of petrol injectors, Part of this equipment, regardless of make or supplier, utilises an Ultrasonic bath for the main CLEANING of the injector, the rest of the process and the large cost of this equipment being associated with the measuring and flow testing capability it gives you. In other words the majority of the cleaning process can be undertaken with an Ultrasonic bath,
This means of cleaning is highly effective on injectors, carburettors, idle speed control valves, throttle bodies etc etc, In fact even the Wifes jewellery will come out considerably cleaner!.
We can supply any size of Ultrasonic bath and will be pleased to quote on your requirements, allthough here we only describe and display the unit we have used for a number of years with great success.

This model has a capacity of 2.3 ltrs which we have found suitable for the majority of small components you might wish to clean, it has a timed heater to heat the cleaning fluid during the cleaning process, comes complete with a wire basket for the components requiring cleaning, 1lltr of concentrated cleaning fluid a lid for the tank and comprehensive instructions.
